Mohabbat The Taj

alakriti cultural & convention centre is a cultural hub has been built to represent the eternal love story of Shahjahan and Mumtaj. The first Indian historical opera 'Mohabbat the Taj' that is a true reflection of 16th century Mughal era has been solemnized here. Famous Singers like Alka Yagnik, Kumar Sanu, Suresh Wadaker, Kavita Krishnamurthi were invited to sing the song for show and Music directors like Uttam Singh and Vivek Prakash created the music pieces. Also renowned artist were invited from all over India to revive the Mughal history on the stage .

ShahJahan

L

ahore (Jan 5, 1592-Jan 22, 1665) was the emperor of the Mughal Empire in India from 1628 until 1658. The name ShahJahan comes from Persian meaning "Kings of the World". He was the fifth Mughal ruler after Babur, Humanyun, Akbar and Jahangir. He was the third son of the Emperor Jahangir. His mother beings Rathore Rajput family. His early years saw receive a cultured, broad education and he distinguished himself in the martial arts and as a military commander while leading his father's armies in numerous campaigns. Mewar (1615 CE-1024 AH) Kangra (1618 CE-1027 AH). He was responsible for most of the territorial gains during his father's reign. He also demonstrated a precocious talent for building impressing his father at the age of 16 Shen he built his quarters within his great grandfather Emperor Babur's Kabul fort and redesigned buildings within Agra fort. He also carries the universally famous titles like "The Builder Of Marwah"

Mumtaz

I

n 1607 CE (1025 AH) at the age of fifteen. Shahjahan was to marry Arjumand Bano (Mumtaz), the granddaughter of a Persian Noble, who was 14 years old at that time. After their wedding celebrations, Shahjahan Finding her in appearance and character elect among all the women of the time gave her the title "Mumtaz Mahal. Mumtaz had 14 Children. Despite her frequent pregnancies, she travelled with Shahjahan's entourage throughout his earlier military campaigns and the subsequent rebellion against his father. Mumtaz was utterly devoted. She was his constant companion and trusted confident and their relationship was intense. She is portrayed by Shahjahan's chroniclers as the perfect wife with no aspirations to political power. After she died an accidental death while giving birth to her 14th child, Shahjahan never remarried.

Kalindi (River Yamuna)

amuna Ji, the river springs from Kalindi peak from Bandarpunchha glacier from the western garhwal uttarkashi district. At Yamnotri we celebrate its birth at a temple. It flows so serenely till it meets rupin supin gadhs at mori and flows into the Uttar Pradesh plains to meet the younger sister Ganga Ji at Prayag Allahabad. It flows through the fruit basket of the Uttaranchal Barkot and has number of divine places on its banks.
